Dr. Kent Gustavson is a composer, musician, & author

Kent's expertise is roots music, but he has a PhD in classical music composition from Stony Brook University in New York. He is open for commissions and workshops, and has many products available for purchase.

2007 has been marked with a very big beginning for Kent's music. Besides continuing work on Troublin' Mind, with the expert ears and hands of Jamey Haddad, Larry Campbell, Bakihti Kumalo and Aruna Sairam, among other world-renowned musicians, Kent has also released 8 brand new full length CDs, from an intimate studio solo album to his classical music.

He has many worship resources available, and has continued to fill commissions for churches across the country, as well as conducting workshops using his music. Kent's classical music is also performed in various venues around the world.
